Artist Kodankandath’s internationally recognized eco-friendly Khadi canvas based painting series on Mahatma Gandhi (Father of our Nation) consisting of 16 paintings were selected to be exhibited at the UN Head Quarters General Assembly Hall, New York, USA commemorating the International Day of Non-Violence on October 2nd, 2018 being the 150th birth centenary of Mahatma Gandhi, Father of our Nation.
Another prominent achievement of using Khadi was when he had created a series of 21 paintings based on 7 plays written by world renowned dramatist, Padmabhushan Kavalam Narayana Panicker, which were later exhibited at Shakespeare Theater, London, UK.
Artist Kodankandath was invited to Florence Biennale, London Biennale, Austria Biennale to exhibit his paintings, and to visit Venice Biennale. In Florence, Italy, Kodankandath won the Xth Florence Biennale Medal for his painting titled “Application for the patent of a paper boat”.
'De Coding Da Vinci' the world famous painting series by Kodankandath were highly acclaimed research based painting series that disprove author Dan Brown’s claims in his best seller book 'The Da Vinci Code'. One of the internationally recognized paintings were presented to St. Pope John Paul II and currently displayed at Vatican Museum.
Kodankandath has held several International Solo Exhibitions, in Japan, Italy, France, England, America, Argentina, Thailand, UAE and India, at the Japanese International Cultural Cooperation Agency (Tokyo, Japan); International Center for Theoretical Physics (Italy); New Heaven City Art Gallery (USA); University De-Joseph Fourier (Paris); River Dale Art Gallery (UK); Newman Center University of New Orleans (USA); World Without War' Exhibitions of paintings traveled from India to Argentina covering more than 100 countries, final exhibitions at Andes Mountain (Argentina), Khadi Paintings Exhibition at Shakespeare Theater, England (UK), Jehangir Art Gallery (India); Alliance Francaise (India) and the Lalit Kala Akademi Art Gallery (India).
