Artist Kodankandath created a series of 21 Khadi Canvas paintings based on 7 plays written by world renowned dramatist, Padmabhushan Kavalam Narayana Panicker, which were later exhibited at Shakespeare Theater, London.
They were also displayed at Bharat Bhavan, an autonomous multi-arts complex and museum in Bhopal, India. It was also exhibited when the dramatist was honored by Sangeet Natak Akademi Delhi, conducting a ‘Kavalam Drama’ week, 7 plays for 7 days. ?
The paintings were additionally displayed at the Indian Institute of Management, Calicut, during a drama seminar taught by Kavalam.
